Total: 85

4. Water goal: 32 oz on 5 days
Total: 1 day

5. Weight:
10/9 - 172.6
10/16/ - 172.2
10/23 - 172.8
10/30 - 173.8

Thoughts:
I am creeping closer to the steps, miles and minutes goals. The water went completely in the opposite direction. This is not a surprise since the weather is getting cooler. I've been drinking a lot of warm drinks.

Goals for next week:
I'm not even going to mention water this week. Whatever I get is going to be just fine. But I really want to hit those other marks!

  2. I have been drinking way more hot tea since it's been cooling down! Don't you count it as a serving of water?
