November Review 2017
Goals:
*Home
☆1. Mail holiday cards.
☆2. New routine after PT.
☆3. Save for 2019 trip.
*Health
>1. Lose 5 pounds. Gained 1 pound.
>2. Walk 60 miles. Only walked 43.11.
Accomplishments:
☆Finished physical therapy.
☆All of my home goals.
Most challenging:
My weight loss continues to be my biggest struggle.
Highlights:
1. Spending the weekend with all the kids.
2. Pepper's birthday.
3. Thanksgiving.
4. New TV and Xbox.
5. Max trainer.
Other thoughts:
I love to watch all the leaves change colors. I even like the yard full of leaves once they fall.
I hope we get to see the kids again soon.
I've been working on next year's plan and I have high hopes for a great year!
December goals:
*Home
1. Save for 2019 trip.
2. Visit with Mom and B2.
3. Prep files for 2018.
*Health
1. Max trainer 3 days a week.
2. Weights 3 days a week.
3. Walk 62 miles.
*Hobbies
1. Finish frog cross stitch.
2. 6 word story challenge by Megan at Page Flutter.
3. 3 year journal every day.

ReplyDeleteI wouldn't say you "only" walked 43 miles. You may not have met the goal you set, but you still covered 43 miles, which is great!
