Progress Report
January 22-28, 2018.
My goals were:
1. No candy.
2. 35,000 steps.
The results:
1. I did not eat any candy all week. I did have a doughnut on Sunday morning for R's birthday.
2. Only logged 21,488 steps. But I didn't wear my fitbit on Saturday. I still would have been short though.
Weigh in:
Jan 22: 176.4
Jan 29: 176.8
Loss/gain: +.4
Total for year: +.6
My thoughts:
For the second week in a row I'm showing a gain. It's small, but still a gain. I've been really tired and dealing with pain. This is not how I wanted January to turn out.
"Today, breathe new life into yourself, your dreams, your world."
Goals for January 29 - February 4:
1. Walk for 20 minutes on 5 days.
2. If stiching, stick with the 50/10 plan.
