Prompt #15: Water
People are encouraged to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day for optimum health. For people on weight loss programs, especially those who like to drink sida or coffee, incorporating water intake can be difficult. How do you get all 8 glasses? Share a favorite tip or trick. Since starting drinking water regularly, have You noticed any changes in your body or mood?

I always have a bottle of water with me. I noticed if I have it available to me, then I actually consume water lol.
ReplyDeleteI know I don't drink enough water, so I am not getting 8 glasses of water a day. On days I work out, I do a lot better, since I drink water during and after my workout. I like unsweet tea, so sometimes at lunch I pick up a large unsweet tea and sip from that the rest of the afternoon.
ReplyDeleteI used to carry around a 64 ounce mug...it had water facts on it...and it was opaque and on the side it had a count down to the water so you could see how much left to drink. It worked wonderfully (until I sat it on top of my car and drive away by accident...it didn’t last the tumble off the car). Now I carry 4 bottles of water out the door with me to work every day! It’s easy to keeep track!
