Prompt #17: food triggers

What are your food triggers?  How/why do they trigger your cravings?  What do you do with them when your on a weight loss program....do you modify the recipes or eliminate them from your food plan altogether?

  1. My biggest food trigger is stress, and I have plenty of that right now, so my weight is out of control. I want comfort food, like soda, sweets, and lots of it!

  2. My trigger is visual. If I see it, I want it. Sometimes I don't even realize it. Like when food pops up on tv, and I don't realize I want to eat a hamburger bc the character on the show I'm watching was eating one. I hide all the crap food in my house in a "candy cabinet" and it mostly works (out of site, out of mind). And I try to avoid tv lol (that one is hard, I LOVE TV!)
