Progress Report


January 29-February 4, 2018.

My goals were:
1. Walk for 20 minutes on 5 days.
2. If stitching,  use the 50/10 plan.

The results:
1. This didn't happen at all.
2. I stitched for 4.5 hours, but did not get up and walk every hour.

Weigh in:
Jan 29:  176.8
Feb 5:  177.2
Loss/gain:  + .4
Year status: +1

My thoughts:
I just couldn't get into it this week. I took my fitbit off, I didnt track everything. I ate way too much! Honestly,  I feel grateful that I only gained .4.  As of today, I'm starting to feel a little better and more motivated.  I tracked all day yesterday.  It wasn't the best day, but I did track it. Why is losing weight so hard?

"Be intentional,  be purposeful,  be confident,  but don't always be so certain.  Rejoice in the knowledge that you don't know it all, haven't seen it all"

The great debate:
Can I count sparkling water as part of my daily water total? I say yes, R says no.

This is what I'm drinking:


It has zero calories,  zero carbs, zero sugar, zero everything except a bit of sodium.  I think it should count! What do you think?

Goals for February 5-11:
1. Get back into tracking.
2. Walk 14 miles.
3. Increase water to 32oz a day.

  2. I count drinks like unsweet tea toward my water count. I don't see why sparkling water would be any different, if there are no calories. It's just water with bubbles, right?

  3. I have weeks where I'm just not into it either. It happens. It's exhausting trying to be on top of it all the time and a break is needed every once in a while. I hope you have a better week.
