Progress Report


For the week of February 19-25, 2018.

My goals were:
1. Start the 30 day squat challenge.
2. Walk.

The results:
1. I did not start. Going to try again next week.
2. I walked  8.67 miles.

Weigh in:
Feb. 20: 177.2
Feb. 26: 179.6
Loss/gain:  +2.4
Year status:  +3.4

My thoughts:
This week was so hard! I'm tired, I'm depressed, I have no motivation or self control in the kitchen. There may have been a couple days that I didn't even get dressed. My weight is going in the wrong direction!  I really need to get a grip on this.

Goals for February 26 - March 4:
1. Start the squat challenge.
2. No eating between 7pm and 11am.

  1. Being gentle with yourself sounds like the best plan of action for now. When I feel depressed and unmotivated, nothing works except being kind to myself and slowing down until I feel better.
