Journaling for weight Loss.
Prompt #19: Self care

Make a list of things you can do to take better care of yourself.  Don't just list the obvious things like workout more and eat right. Think about really taking care of who you are. Do you need more quiet time? More social interaction?  Do you need to learn to say no every time someone asks for a favor?

Try to list 31 things and then spend next month checking them off your list.

  1. I need time to myself to do things that I like to do. I feel like most of my time is taking care of something or someone else (cleaning, yard work, helping the kids or my husband, work, etc.) I hardly ever get to just sit down and read a book! I like the idea of making a list for this month.

  2. Hey Sarah! Thanks for the note on my blog. I'm okay. Our Office Clerk at work decided to retire last minute so I got promoted and am basically doing the job of two people now ...eventually things will settle down but for now, things are just crazy.
