Progress Report
For March 5-11, 2018
My goals were:
1. Listen to my body and rest.
2. Track miles for the 100 miles in spring challenge.
The results:
1. I was in complete rest mode from Thursday to Sunday.
2. If you divide 100 miles by 3 months, it's about 33 miles a month. Or just a little over one mile a day. I walked 3.79 miles. Not bad for resting 4 of the seven days.
Weigh in:
Mar 4: 178.8
Mar 12: 177.4
Loss/gain: - 1.4
Year status: +1.2
My thoughts:
I felt like it was a pretty good week. I took my fitbit off for the four days of rest. But still tracked my water, weight, and small walks. This was week 2 of my intermittent fasting and it went great. I've gone from a 7pm-11am fast to 7pm-12noon. My weigh in weight was down, but on a daily basis it's still fluctuating quite a bit.
Goals for March 12-18:
Back to baby steps...
1. Make sure to drink water.
2. 21,000 steps (3,000 a day).
3. 10 miles
4. Continue fasting 7-12.
