Progress Report


For the week of April 30 - May 6, 2018.

Goals:
1. Walk a mile every day.
2. Increase water.
3. Weigh less.

Results:
1. I walked over a mile on 3 days. The other 4 days were just over half a mile.

2. I drank 101 oz of water this week.

3. Mission accomplished.....

Weigh in:
April 30: 177.6
May 7:  175.4
Loss/gain:  -2.2
Year status: -.8

My thoughts:
I'm glad to see the numbers back down, but it's hard to get too excited because they tend to bounce right back up next week.

It felt good to walk again even though I didn't do it every day. Baby steps, right?

Water.....sigh..... this is so hard for me.

Next week's goals:
1. Drink 32 oz water a day - 224/wk.
2. Walk a mile every day.
3. Get 70 minutes of exercise.

  3. Great weigh in and great week! I struggle with water too. It's a wonder I've never just collapsed from dehydration, because I swear I never drink it!

  4. I am not a water lover myself I have however found a way that makes it more bareable. One of those Rtic (yeti style) cups with ice. Super cold with a straw is not to bad.
