Weigh day

May 9th: 176.2

May 16th: 175.4

Loss/gain:  -.8

I am still doing a daily 16 hour fast. My calories average right at 1200 a day. I've not been too obsessive about tracking my food for the past couple of weeks, but I'm sure I'll get back to it.

It's hard to get steps in when you've committed to cross stitching 10,000 stitches in one month.  I'm sure June will be a better walking month. I want to change things up anyway, so June will be a fresh start.


  1. Stepstitching? You could start a new fad :)

    1. LOL hard to stitch while walking.

      But I do have a plan. One that I tried a few months ago. It worked but I just didn't make it a habit. I'll work on it.

  2. I like the stitch goal! I’m going to have to go back and read...16 hour fast? Sounds interesting!!

    1. I've been doing a lot of research on intermittent fasting. 16 hours is the time I feel most comfortable with.

      The vote is not in on how it's working. I'm still testing it. But it's going good so far.
