Thoughts:
I met my miles and water (Woo Hoo, I finally drank my water!) goals,  but not the steps or minutes.  I did great the first part of the week, then was dealing  with back pain at the end. I'm surprised that it turned out as good as it did.

I'm also surprised at a small loss. R bought bite size snickers and I had at least one a day all week.

Overall not bad. I could do without the chronic back issues that are still bugging me today, but I'm pleased with the week.

Not going to let it stop me! I'm heading into this week at full speed ahead. I have a lot to get done and I plan to still get in my stitches and miles.
