I was expecting to gain a lot this week. It was "lady bug" week and there was water retention, several days in my sweats and not a lot of exercising going on. And on Wednesday, the chocolate cravings were a real struggle. I lost that battle and ate 6 mini Hershey bars LOL. So, I'm ok with the results.
