October weight
Let's look at my October weight tracker.
I started the month at 174.4
And weighed in today at 172.8
That's a total loss of 1.6 this month.
As you can see though, my weight goes up and down daily. Never too far out of range, but still up and down.
My highest weight this month was 174.6.
My lowest was 172.6.
My 31 day average was 173.3
So over all I'm trending down. But it is really slow. I am currently working on making some changes to my plan. I'll also be changing my tracker in December. I'm hoping that by making these changes now, I'll be going into the new year on a solid foundation with good momentum. I have 38 pounds to my goal and I'd love to get there in 2019!
