Weigh in

Beautiful leaves are all over our yard.

October 28:  173.6
November 4:  171.2
Loss/gain:  -2.4 ☆

Seven day average: 172.1
Last 7 day average: 173.1

2. Steps goal: 5,500 steps on at least 5 days.
☆yep,  5 days exactly.  Total steps - 35,587. That's 798 more than last week.

3. Miles goal: 14
☆ yay, I finally met this goal!  14.16 miles.

4. Active minutes: 143 min. 31 less than last week.

5. Water: ☆ 188 oz. Last week was 106 oz.

6. 16 hr fast: ☆ 6 days.

7. Still didn't take my vitamins.  Gotta get back in this habit!
