I know these numbers look like progress, but I'm really discouraged about my weight loss (or lack there of). This weekend I really wanted to just give up. I didnt drink my water over the weekend, I ate too many mini York peppermint patties, had Taco Bell on Saturday (with a mountain dew) and fixed a smoked turkey and all the trimmings on Sunday. Of course I counted and stayed within my calories, but I know they weren't good calories. I'm just tired of trying and seeing the scale stick in one place. I know I don't over eat, I know I'm adding exercise, I don't know what else to do.
February DID show progress...so don’t discount that!
