Thoughts
You would think with an increase of miles, steps, minutes, and water there would have been a decrease in weight. But it didn't work out that way. This next week I'm going to be tracking my calories again. Sooner or later I will find my magic formula.

  2. Good week! Sometimes our bodies just ‘need’ to maintain! Keep up what you are doing and add the tracking and you will see what you want to see!!
