A year of mindfulness


January 20-26
This week's focus was "count your blessings".
Every day this week I wrote 3 things that I'm grateful for or that I count as a blessing in my life.

January 27- February 2
This week's mindfulness exercise was "priorities".
Each day I planned out my top 3 things to do that day and no matter what, those things got done.
