Weigh in


July 19:  180.3
July 26:  179.9
Loss:  .4

The plan:

I'm on week 8 of the Six Month Shape Up.
M-W-F
1. A short stretching routine
2. 30 minutes on the bike
3. 3 sets of 10 crunches and
4. 2 sets of 10 push ups.

And of course, drinking ALL the water.

We are only 5 weeks away from my son's wedding (previously scheduled for April,  but moved due to.... well you know). I am nowhere near my wedding goal weight, but there is still time to lose just a little more.
