1. 30 minute bike ride
2. 3 sets of 10 crunches
3. 2 sets of 10 push ups
4. 1 set of 10 squats
August is a no soda month! Drinking lots of water!
Yes on the .9 down! Congrats on the two weeks in a row being down as well. We all know how hard that crap is! LOL
