Planning next week

Clever Fox, undated daily

This week's main goal
This is where I'm putting my health/exercise goals.
July 29-Aug 4 will be week number 4 of my Six Month Shape Up. Week 4's plan is to get 30 minutes of aerobic activity on three days. I've been walking for this and it's been a bit difficult. My back can only take 12-15 minutes on the treadmill at a time so I have to break it up and walk twice a day. Some days are busy, some days I hurt more and some days I'm just plain lazy and have a hard time with that second walk.

This week's priorities
This is the main focus for the week and projects I want or need to work on. And if room, I'll add notes about events or holidays. This week I'll be cleaning in Zones 5 and 1, it's payday week, Lammas on the 1st and Watermelon Day on the 3rd.

Big To Do box
This section is my weekly list and it stays the same every week.

Small To Do box
I covered this one, but it's the budget for this week.

Habits/Skills
These are things I'm trying to get better at or just need an extra reminder/motivation.  It's a success if I do these things at least 3 times a week.

Life Balance To Do List
These categories relate back to the main goal setting section at the front of this planner. I try to plan something that will get me one step closer to those big goals. I left romance/relationship blank for now. It's usually our weekly movie night, but we may plan an out of the house date. Not sure yet.

Weekly Trackers
The top tracker is my daily routine,  broken down into four parts. And the bottom is my health/fitness stats. I left a small space on the top right for any quick notes and the bottom to record the totals from the fitness tracker.

I'm ready to take on the week! I hope you have plans for an awesome and productive week.

Setting up for July 22-28 in my Clever Fox undated daily planner. Not very exciting,  just the normal stuff. Hopefully my mind will be in a better place than it has been this week.

Shape up Week 3

Planning time

It's Friday! Not only does that mean the weekend is here, but it means that I'm planning for next week. And because April starts on Monday,  I'm planning for the new month!

Here's how my March trackers turned out.

My evening routine is rock solid. And my early morning stuff is good. It's the afternoon and hobby section that suffered this month. I also slacked on my meditations this month.

On my health and fitness pages after about a week I just stopped tracking my fasting hours as well as calories, carbs,  fats and protein.

I've changed up the health tracker quite a bit for April.

I condensed it down to one page and added a "one line a day" journal page on the right.

I also rearranged my routine tracker.

I put all the hobby stuff together at the bottom and I don't expect to do them every day. But hopefully this month I can improve the consistency of several other things.

My pain tracker for March looks pretty typical. I'm averaging about 5 really bad days a month.

And finally, a look at next week.

It's week 4 of the six month shape up. I'm aiming to walk 11 miles and drink 40oz of water a day.
Other goals include 5 hours of stitching, 5 hours working on the rug and buying a new paint canvas.  Oh ya, and finish the taxes! Craft night is on Tuesday and I'm really looking forward to that.

Planning Time

There's nothing exciting on calendar for next week. Unless you are like me and you are extremely excited for Spring to arrive!

I've started the 6 Month Shape Up (again). I've always had good luck with it. My problem is that at the end of 6 months, I just stop doing anything.  This time I'm hoping to keep going after I've reached the end of this program.

Planning Time

I thought it might be fun to share my planner with you. Before we look at next week, let's see how this week is going.

February 25 - March 3

This year I'm using a Clever Fox planner. I like that it has the months and weeks laid out but still has room for the tracking that I so love. The paper quality is amazing and the grid paper at the back gives me space for the more "bullet journal-y" type stuff that I enjoy.

This week has been pretty good. I've managed to walk 3 miles every day so far (see the stars!). My water has been ok.  I'd like to get it to 40oz a day, and I'm close,  but it still needs work.

Looks like I'm slipping on the meditations this week, but that's ok. I've felt really good all week and I guess my mind just didn't need it.

Its early Friday morning,  so I still have things to get done. Overall, it's been a productive week.

Since we are moving into March,  my first task was to look at the big pucture....or monthly view.

There's not too much going on this month. Lots of Nascar races lol. I put quite a few things on the goals list. Hopefully I'll make a good dent in them.

Next I set up my monthly trackers.

My health and fitness tracker where I keep up with my weight, water, steps, miles, calories and a few other things.

Next is my daily routine tracker. Its early in the day but I've got half of friday done already! I'm marking the things I complete in green and scheduled days off in orange. Anything not filled in at the end of the month is stuff I didn't do. If you'd like to see how February's chart turned out, let me know.

Finally,  let's see what next week is looking like.

I've got all the basic stuff put in already and I've set a few goals. I'll be aiming for 3 miles a day again! I also want to do a little cross stitching this week.

I hope you enjoyed this peek into my planner.  I'm thinking about sharing it every Friday.  Is that something you'd want to see?

How's your week been? Are you making progress on your yearly goals. How about your February goals? I'll be posting a February review as soon as I get all my stats together lol.
