Healthy Me 2017 - Week 3 Review

January 16-22. Week 3

1. Goal: lose 1 pound.
Last week: 169
This week: 169
Loss/gain: 0

2. Goal: drink 4 cups of water a day, 28 cups a week.
This week: only 13 cups

3. Goal: walk 3 miles.
This week: 2 miles plus squats, push ups, chest presses and calf raises.

Thoughts: Not enough water and walking. The walking is getting hard to do because we have already taken the treadmill to storage and my anxiety prevents me from walking around the block by myself. R said he will start walking with me, but it may not happen right away because we are finishing our tiny house and preparing to move on February 5th. I'm glad I got the other exercises done. I wish I'd lost some weight, but at least I didn't gain.  I have put a Fitbit and a digital scale on my wishlist.

Overall not a bad week, just need to work harder to reach my goals.
