Annihilate the Pounds  week 7, October 11-17

Challenge 1 - September - October
Goals:
1. Lose 5 pounds
2. Track calories  (1200 a day)
3. 32 oz water a day (5 days a week)
4. Walk on treadmill 3 days a week

Weight:
Start weight: 173.6
Last week: 171.6
Today: 172.2 (.6 gain)
Down: 1.4 pounds

Calories:
10/11 - 1183
10/12 - 1425
10/13 - 1035
10/14 - 1008
10/15 - 1063
10/16 - 935
10/17 - 1450

Water:
10/11 - 16 oz
10/12 - 32 oz
10/13 - 16 oz
10/14 - 32 oz
10/15 - 40 oz
10/16 - 32 oz
10/17 - 0 oz

Treadmill:
3 days

Thoughts:
Weight went up, but I'm still below my start weight. I probably gained because of those two 1400+ calorie days with no extra treadmill walks. On four days I met my 32oz water goal. Yesterday I didn't drink any at all?!

I haven't been making the best food choices this week. And honestly I've felt pretty lazy.

I've enjoyed this little challenge.  It's hard to believe we are headed into our last week. I'm looking forward to what's next. I hope to kick things up and get back to 6000 steps a day.

Goals for week 8:
1. Lose 3.6 pounds to reach my challenge 1 goal. (Probably not going to happen LOL)
2. No more 1400 calorie days!
3. 32 oz water on 5 days.
4. Walk on treadmill 4 days.

  1. Even if you don't lose 3.6 pounds in the next week, you are still lower than you started. It's a move in the right direction!

  2. You did pretty good. I weighed in at 215.8 today. It's been an odd week for me both in food and exercise. I know I wont make the goal for this challenge but I am not upset over it.
