Little Things
For the week of October 16-22, 2017.
This week:
~I got good news at the doctors. No added therapy, just finish what has already been prescribed.
~We watched 3 movies: Paranorman, Adams Family Values and The Mummy.
~I reevaluated my fitness goals.
~I am feeling a bit discouraged about weight loss.
3 Random Things: Halloweens from the past:
The best part of the week:
Pumpkin spice cappuccino.
This week's struggle:
Motivation.
Goal review:
1. Crochet *didn't happen. I'm not sure what has happened to my crafty bug.
2. Walk 15 miles. *really close again
3. Drink water daily. *made it 6 days.
4. Holiday prep. ☆finalized plans for trip with kids. Worked on Thanksgiving plans, bought a small Christmas tree that will fit better in our little space.
Goals for next week:
1. Declutter 50 things.
2. Reach all 4 fitbit goals.
3. Finish reading current book.
