Thoughts:
Looks like I took the week off. It was an unintentional break, so it's a bit disappointing.  But I'm back on track so far this week!

Goals for December 11-17:
1. Miles: 23 (because last week put me behind on my monthly goal)
2. Walk 3 days
3. PT and Max 3 days
4. Lose 1-1.5 pounds

  1. I feel like it's just that time of year where everyone wants to go into hibernation mode. I myself have been feeling exhausted for no reason.
