I've decided to join in on the T.K.O. Challenge, originally hosted by My Stalker is Fat, and now being hosted by Felicia at Journey to a Healthy Me.
We are starting off with a kick start round of losing 5 pounds in 3 weeks. After that each round will last 5 weeks with a goal to lose 10 pounds.

My plan for Round 1
M-W-F walk 20-30 minutes on treadmill.
T-W-S strength training (my physical therapy routine) 30 minutes, Max trainer 1-3 minutes (hopefully building up to 5 minutes at a time)
