Progress Report


For the week of December 11-17, 2017.

I worked out three days, but decided to go without my fitbit Friday,  Saturday and part of Sunday.  So no official numbers to report.

TKO Challenge:
Week one is done. Probably not my best workout week or my best food choices. (Note to self: do not keep buying nutella!) I'm blaming the holidays, but it's really just my fault. I'm up 2 ounces this week.

My 3-week kick start may not result in the goal loss of 5 pounds.  But there's always Round 2.

For week 2, my plan is to continue walking and doing my strength training.  Week 3 is Christmas week... not going to stress out about taking that week a little easier.

  2. Sometimes I give myself from my Fitbit on the weekends too. Way to get those workouts in.
