Healthy Me 2018


A new year, 365 new opportunities to get things done!

My goals for this year:
1. Lose 45 pounds
2. Walk 800 miles


I can't put it off any longer.... weigh in.
January 1, 2018 - 176.2

I am continuing to track my miles across the U.S. using the Webwalking USA Program. So far I have walked 601.81 miles. I have 4,446.19 miles to go.

TKO Challenge  Round 1
1/1/18 Start weight: 176.2
2/5/18 Goal weight: 166.2

Goals this week:
1. Walk 14 miles
2. 120 minutes of exercise
3. 35,000 steps
4. 112 oz of water

Exercise plan:
Monday - oxycise, strength training, walk 2.5 miles

Tuesday - Max trainer,  walk 2.5 miles

Wednesday - oxycise,  strength training, walk 2.5 miles

Thursday - Max trainer,  walk 2.5 miles

Friday - oxycise,  strength training,  walk 2.5 miles

Saturday - Max trainer,  walk 2.5 miles

Sunday - Rest day



The new year is full of hope and possibilities.  Today I am motivated, determined and dedicated to reaching these goals.

    1. Thank you. I know.... 600 is a long way. I've set this year's bar really high at 800. I'll be wearing out a couple pair of shoes for sure LOL.
