Prompt #20: musical motivation 

Make a list of songs that keep you motivated.  Songs that make you happy or bring back good memories.  Then make a playlist of those upbeat songs to listen to while you workout.

  1. My all-time favorite workout song is "The Power" by Snap! I love the beat and the part where he says "Or I will attack, and you don't want that", ha ha. Love my 80's music!
