Progress Report


Healthy Me 2018
Progress Report for March 12-18, 2018.

My goals were:
1. 156 oz water.
2. 21,000 steps.
3. 10 miles.
4. 7-12 fast.

The results:
1. 136 oz. Just 20 oz short.
2. 20,403 steps. Just 597 short.
3. 8.11 miles. Just 1.89 short.
4. This is going good.

Weigh in:
Mar 12: 177.4
Mar 19: 177.2
Loss/gain:  -.2
Year status:  +1

My thoughts:
I did much better this week, even though I was a little short on my goals. I'm going to keep next week's goals small and I know I can reach them!  My weight loss was small,  but it was a loss.  I thought it wasn't too bad considering minimal workouts and the arrival of my "lady bug".

Goals for March 19-25:
1. Walk 10 miles.
2. 32oz water a day (224 oz/wk).
3. 21,000 steps.
