Thoughts
Only 1 out of 7 stars, but I consciously was taking it easy this week. I still managed to show a slight loss.
It will be interesting to see if this week decrease in activity shows up on next week's weigh in. According to The Whoosh Effect, it might take that long to show accurate results. I plan to get back on track this week with my exercise.
I hope you all are having a great day. Do you have a plan for Thanksgiving day yet? Even if you plan to go hog wild, that's a plan! My plan is to enjoy the day, enjoy my company and enjoy our meal. Special treats included. But I will not go over board! None of that too stuffed to walk stuff.
