Average calories for week 1 of July: 1315 a day.

Water: 132 oz (not enough)

Steps: 21, 352 (not bad since I went fitbit free for two days)

Miles: 8.49 (again, missing two days)

  2. Good for you. If you do the daily practice of food, water, steps - ultimately the scale will show the result.
