Weigh in
We interrupt this weekly weigh in to bring you a new weigh in schedule.
It seems that I have lost my motivation and enthusiasm for my weight loss journey. I'm tired of being obsessed with it all day, every day. And then getting depressed on weigh in day because I can't seem to get out of my 168-173 pound range.
My new recumbent bike is on it's way and I hope to be excited and back on track soon!
So, for now, I'm switching to monthly weigh ins. I'll post my weight on the first of the month. I'm still weighing daily and tracking my water and miles. My calories are not a problem, but I will track them as needed to get me through the holidays.
I just feel like I need a mental break. I'm excited to be setting goals for the new year and they will definitely include weight loss goals. Hang in there with me and maybe weekly weigh ins will be back in January. (But no promises, maybe the monthly ones will be more motivating than I'm expecting. LOL)

Maybe you just need to take a breather and step away for a bit. You know what you need to do, how to do it, what to eat and not eat. Good luck.
