Weigh in
December 1, 2019: 173.4
The past month of not focusing my weight kind of backfired. I'm up 3 pounds from November first. But not really out of my typical range.
As you can see I'm nowhere near my 2019 goal of 155. I guess I need to refocus and not give up.
My new recumbent bike is here and as soon as hubby puts it together (lol) I'll be getting back on track with exercise. I'm also NOT going to gain 3 pounds in December!!!
