Weigh in


Dec 1, 2019:  173.8

Dec 30, 2019: 175.8

I said I would not gain 3 pounds in December.  Well, that goal was accomplished because I only gained 2 pounds lol.

But now it's time to put the brakes on the scale and start heading in the other direction!

I've got a plan,  and it starts today.

  1. Two pounds during a month like December really isn't bad at all. It's a tough month for weight loss. What is your plan for 2020?

    1. Asked hubby for some help. He's written out a plan for me based on his Marine workouts that he does. Of course it's nowhere as intense, but having his guidance is nice.

      PS: rode my bike 8.5 miles in 30 minutes today! Woo hoo!!!
