2. Miles goal: 15
Total: 13.67
3. Active minutes goal: 105
Total: 81
4. Water goal: 32 oz on 5 days
Total: 4 days
Thoughts:
I didn't reach any of these goals this week. I started the week feeling really lazy and unmotivated. By the time I got my act together on Friday it was too late to make up all that had been lost. So I feel really lucky that I came as close to the goals as I did.
Pick myself up, dust myself off, and get back in the saddle for next week!
Goals for October 23-29:
I'm keeping my goals the same. I know I can reach these goals if I work harder.
